This includes, but is not limited to, spelling mistakes, positioning/orientation mistakes, color mistakes, and barcode mistakes. For all image and artwork files uploaded by the site user, the user recognizes that the files will only print well if they are either high resolution (at least 300 dpi) files or vector files. If the user doesn’t understand the meaning of “dpi” or “vector file”, it is up to the user to do their own research to familiarize themselves with these terms.
You, the user, recognize and accept that while we may provide an estimated production timeline, estimated shipping date, and estimated arrival date, we will not be held liable for any order failing to be produced or delivered at the speeds or dates mentioned on the website.
The order you place with us will be delivered to the address that you, the customer, specify during the checkout process. Ensuring the accuracy of the information supplied solely lies with you. The website and the company cannot be held liable for any shipment loss incurred because of a wrong shipping address. If the shipment needs to be redirected to a different location than the one listed on the website, the user agrees to pay for all additional costs associated with us doing so. Most couriers charge a significant fee to redirect shipments and this entire fee, including any fees for added travel time, will be passed on to you. Once the items are delivered by the shipping carrier assigned to your order, the responsibility of covering loss, theft, storage, and damage passes to you.
We will bill the credit card provided to us during the ordering process. In the event legal action is necessary to collect the balance due, the cost of such legal action will be added to the final balance due, including but not limited to lawyer fees, court filing fees, and other related fees. We display all our products as accurately as possible within the limits of the web interface. Full efforts have been made to showcase all the customization settings as accurately as possible to minimize any deviation from the final result. However, by using this website you recognize and accept that the colors seen on your screen may not be an accurate representation of what your printed boxes actually look like. The box color and overall look of the 3D box on the website is dependent on the specifications of your monitor (contrast, brightness, level of gloss, hue, grayscale, resolution, etc.) and therefore we can not guarantee it will look the exact same when printed.
We have the right to refuse any order of any size and shape that you place with us. This condition extends to limiting the number of orders when the situation calls for it at our sole discretion. Agreeing to this clause means the customer cannot hold us liable for such actions under any jurisdiction.
In the case of any disputes arising due to charges on debit cards or debit cards of any bank or financial institution, you, the customer, agree to allow us, Custom Box Builder, to authorize a third party financial vendor to handle and rectify the dispute. We may, on demand, share your account payment details including your name, phone number, email address, hashed details of your debit card or credit card.
